Text documents may include artist's or curator's statement, dates of exhibition and venue, review(s) or essay(s) about the work and/or organization, acknowledgments, etc.
List of images with titles, size, medium, date, photo credit
Biographical summary and/or CV (optional)
Images ...no limit on number
Digital images of artworks (jpg, minimum 300 dpi)...these can be submitted on flash drive, cd or email (large files can be emailed via WeTransfer, dropbox, hightail, or other)
Digital portrait photo of the artist / author (optional)
